Scan stuck in progress

What to do when a scan does not complete.

A scan normally finishes within a few minutes. If one appears stuck, it is usually because a slow broker is still responding in the background.

Steps to try

  1. Refresh the dashboard. Completed results may already be available.
  2. Wait 10 minutes. Most slow brokers respond within that window.
  3. Start a new scan. The previous one will be marked as superseded.
  4. If it happens repeatedly, contact support from the help center.
