Terms of Service

By accessing or using GoStealth (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and GoStealth ("we", "us", "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 11.

GoStealth is a privacy service that helps individuals scan for and request removal of their personal information from third-party data brokers and people-search websites.

The Service includes:

• Automated scans of supported data brokers
• Submission of opt-out and removal requests on your behalf
• Ongoing monitoring for re-listings
• A dashboard showing scan results and removal status

Data brokers control their own listings and response times. We cannot guarantee removal from any specific broker or within any specific timeframe.

To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in applicable jurisdictions).

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

GoStealth offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings.

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase by contacting support@gostealth.io.

Price changes. We may change the price of any plan with at least 30 days' notice. Changes take effect on your next renewal.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan for or request removal of data belonging to any person other than yourself without that person's explicit consent
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoStealth and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by GoStealth and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of any information you provide to us. By providing it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to deliver the Service.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other legitimate reasons, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Dispute Resolution) will survive termination.

Informal resolution. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@gostealth.io to try to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding arbitration [PLACEHOLDER]. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by [ARBITRATION PROVIDER] in accordance with its rules. You and GoStealth waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
